I have always received exceptional service from Elms Bedford. All my Mini's have come from there and they always service my cars quickly, efficiently and are very friendly and helpful.

I was dissapointed with the courtesy car the first one didn't run and only had 18 miles of fuel, second one had 16 miles left. I was already late for work and had to go to the garage to put fuel in. I didn't expect this from Elms.

I had to ring to check whether the service had finished as had not been contacted by 3pm. I only found out I needed tyres when picked the car up as quote had been included tyres were2mm I would have had done now I have to arrange and am unhappy

I didnot buy this Mini from Elms but from another Mini dealer where early on used to take care of my vehicles needs. I changed to Elms because I got better customer care having rembered the care I received from my revious Mini that I did buy from Elm
